You don’t do that! Who is sticking out the tongue, and why? The tongue here symbolizes trust in life, its untamed nature and the fleshliness of being human. Bodily perception by means of the tongue can unleash some of the most immediate of human feelings—whether it like the taste of a kiss or the experience of food.
